The President shall preside at all meetings of the club and the Board of Directors shall sign all official documents and shall perform all duties incident to the office. The President shall, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and Head Football Coach, appoint all committees. The President shall, at times deemed proper, make suggestions to promote the prosperity of and increase the usefulness of the club.
