The Banquets/Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of the year end football banquet. This should include, but not be limited to, finding a suitable location, working with the Board on budgeting and expenses, designing an appropriate menu, communicating dates and costs to parents, coordinating signup and payments, sending out invitations as appropriate and ultimately the execution of the event. Other special events besides the banquet may be deemed necessary and would require assistance from this coordinator.
