The At Large Board Member attends Board meetings and focuses on a broad variety of topics deemed necessary by the Board. They are available to assist Board members on projects requiring coordination across job descriptions and fill in as necessary. They are also available to take on special projects that may arise from time to time that are urgent in nature and requires immedicate attention. This position may be appointed by the President or Board as necessary.
